Mikayla has been excellent to work with. She’s professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable when it comes to lease agreements and contract-related questions. Updated Review: Still an amazing place to call home. We absolutely love it here, the pool is absolutely amazing, kept clean, and free of trash. Community driven, with lots of planned events, and of course the best staff and property management!! My fiancée even won a new crockpot at the grand opening :) Original: Me and my fiancée stopped by at different apartment complexes and toured, however we were blown away by Trailwinds. Amenities are fantastic, and the gym is perfect, even enough to cancel our gym memberships, so obviously we chose Trailwinds as our new home. I moved in 2 months ago and have no regrets! I love the apartments themselves along with the amenities they provide. The pools are always clean, the dog park is a good size, and they’re always putting on cute events for the residents. The front office staff is amazing! Braxton is always so kind, helpful, and greets you with a smile every time you enter the office! They occasionally send emails checking in, seeing if there’s anything they can do to make my experience as a resident better. They even left some treats and a toy for my dog when we moved in, as well as do “pet of the month”, the winner gets a toy/treat bucket! They go above and beyond in many aspects. I’ve had a great experience with this apartment complex. Braxton is especially great to work with he’s professional, helpful, and always goes out of his way to make sure everything is taken care of. You can tell he really cares about the residents. Highly recommend!
