I am absolutely in love with my new apartment! The leasing experience was top-tier from beginning to end. My leasing agent Mariah was phenomenal kind, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect home. They made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and exciting. I’m so grateful for their support and professionalism. If you’re thinking about moving here, ask for Mariah you won’t regret it.

Great place to live. The admin really tries to enforce pet laws, etc and keep the place looking nice. Excellent maintenance experience. My building is quiet. Nice pool and workout room! My only complaint is they refuse to keep gates locked during daytime and I hear alot of reports of porch pirates and a few car break ins. I also found what appeared to be someone camping in the pavilion one morning. Homeless? I don’t know! I was promised on occupancy that when construction was complete the gates would be kept locked. Never happens during the day, They say due to deliveries, which makes no sense. Seems to be so office is not bothered with deliveries. WE ARE PAYING FOR GATED. SHOULD BE GATED! If office can’t do this, they should install lockers for packages so gate can be locked. Gated ho

Great clean community. Any maintenance requests are handled within 24 hrs and completed promptly and to my liking. Grounds are clean, gates are always working and maintained. Office keeps residents informed and is always having giveaways or little hosting's in community center. Have been here few months and am very impressed.

The requested helper showed up the same day but had either been misinformed by a supervisor or he had misread my request. Instead of showing up with a new circuit breaker for the washing machine circuit he showed up with one for the dryer (which was fine). Then he claimed he didn't have a spare normal 20amp circuit breaker with him...which for an electrician serving a complex of 300 apartments (all of which are wired the same way!) seemed very odd. So we didn't make any serious progress, but I appreciated the speediness of the service.

Moved in a few weeks ago from out of state WITHOUT seeing the apartment. Joshua was super nice and went and took a video of the exact apartment I was interested in. I emailed him constantly with questions since I wasn't able to see the place and area in person. He was always so patient and kind. We drove 13 hours there and the process of signing in was a breeze since we were able to do everything online. That definitely was a big PLUS after a long day of driving and packing the day prior. Everything has been perfect and I feel at peace here. I met Jazmine and the other woman (can't remember her name) and they have both been absolutely sweet. They have treats and toys inside for the dogs and I have gone in several times to let my dog enjoy the complex also. The dog park is nice also. I have
