We had the opportunity to work with Dave Villane and the team on a brand-new house build project for which we purchased and moved into in 2023. It was a great experience working with the Villane team where they pride themselves on service and communication. Dave and team were extremely efficient, and the project was completed early while still allowing flexibility for changes to the home along the way. The team is really helpful in guiding you throughout the process and extremely organized with the help of using the Buildertrend app where everyone working on the project was in the know in addition to communicating thoughts and ideas of designs on the app to help make thoughts become realities. We purchased a fantastic brand new house built by Villane Building in July 2019. When we wanted to add some additional cabinetry in the kitchen, naturally we turned to Dave Villane to do the work. Designing the space was easy as he had already had plans previously drawn up for that space. Installing the cabinets was surprisingly painless in that Dave and team are efficient and the job was completed early. I would definitely recommend Villane Building to anyone either in the market to build a brand new house or to do renovations in an existing home.

Dave Villane and his team (Chris, Doug, Don, etc.) were amazing - we did a significant home renovation project (mud room, 1 gut renovation bathroom, 1 new bathroom, kitchen tile/flooring reno, among other smaller projects) - and they did an amazing job. Their team is extremely professional, does excellent work, on time and on budget - Dave provided an easy online portal to track work, deal with any changes, and met us at the house promptly to discuss any challenges, issues, progress work that was being done. We put a very aggressive timeline in front of him to finish the work prior to moving in and he met the timeline with flying colors. With any home renovation project, Dave was extremely clear and concise if any challenges or problems came up (and he came with answers to the challenges)

Don and Dave Villane built our current home in Westfield, NJ over 10 years ago and they were the first ones we called for our recent remodel in Sea Girt. The craftsmanship is excellent and their unique perspective/design ideas (with an understanding of an owners budget constraints) saved us thousands of dollars. We couldn’t be more pleased with Villane Construction. Not only do they build with superior quality, but both of our projects were completed on time and within budget. Highly recommend.

Dave Villane built the beautiful house next door to us. He was great working with us to improve the drainage on the block and his team was outstanding in terms of making the construction period a minimal disruption to the area. A really pleasant, professional experience from beginning to end.
