Lyers who aren't honest enough to disclose vital information concerning the purchase of your home. I had their "agent" Janette Forrester participate in assistance of me purchasing my first home 8 years ago. She failed to mention to me prior to inspection and anything else related to my purchase that my house was attached to a HOA and I would have to pay additional fees on a monthly basis. I didn't know anything about this until I was at the closing table. Now I am suffering while she got her commission and moved on with her life. I sent her a message on Facebook about this and she hasn't answered but that's okay she can run but she can't hide. I will be seeking to take legal action against her and her broker VERY soon!
Wendy Millar is a super realtor she hung in with me and my family threw 2 summers and into the fall but she never gave a discouraging word even when it seemed like we would never find a home but she made sure we did and we will be forever thankful for her answering her phone Thank you Wendy XOXO
