Villagio Luxury Apartments

I moved in the end of October! Everyone in the office has been super friendly and helpful. Even after I’ve moved in. Oliver is awesome! I love living here. They keep the complex very clean. It’s quite here. I never hear any of my neighbors. The inside is beautiful. The gym is great. They have everything I need to workout and do cardio.

I had a wonderful experience moving into Villagio. My application was processed very quickly, and the leasing staff was very friendly and helpful. The property manager, Sam, ironed out a few details with me when we met and I felt super reassured and welcomed moving in. Oliver was very thorough with my move in inspection and making sure I had everything I needed. Kenzie (the assistant?) is awesome, too, when I filed a work order she had maintenance come out immediately and surprise surprise—they did a great job, too! I would recommend Villagio to anyone who wants a spacious luxury apartment with a kind and capable management team. Thanks, Villagio!

It’s coming up on a year in January that I’ve lived here and to be honest I couldn’t be happier. From my unit, to the leasing office, and maintenance team… I really don’t have any complaints. I got a fully upgraded unit & really enjoy all of my stainless steel appliances it really makes the place feel brand new. In the leasing office, they provide free coffee during office hours which helps on those days I don’t feel like grabbing starbies. Lastly the gym is really nice, they have a good variety of workout equipment and it’s 24 hours. Oh yeah I also like the pool too. It’s kept really clean & there’s a good amount of seating as well. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to live here whether you’re alone or with you have a family.

Everything was excellent except for the molding/baseboard. It seems there was a bandaid job when, in my opinion, it would have been replaced. The would was splitting due to moisture damage. Putty was put on it; and it was painted. It does the job; esthetically it looks bad.

5 stars because of Angie’. The complex is nice and clean, and with a nice pool and gym. We all know Apartment searching can be a hassle but what ultimately made us choose Villagio was our first impression and care we received from Angie, her patience, thoroughness, and genuine care is appreciated. It can be hard to find good staff, but she is a gem for the property, and deserves praise. Thank you Angie, cheers!
