I don't usually write reviews, but my recent tour of this property was seriously impressive, and I had to share. From the moment I walked in, Daisy, the Property Manager, was an absolute joy to speak with. She was incredibly kind and genuinely knew her stuff—not just about the complex, but the surrounding area too. My wife and I have been looking for a new place, and since moving is such a pain, we wanted to hit every checkbox. Daisy was super patient with our endless questions, which, honestly, felt like a breath of fresh air compared to the "can we wrap this up" vibe I got at other places. That level of patience is commendable, and I definitely noticed the difference. She even pointed out excellent selling points based on the location that we hadn't even thought of. Living here has truly been a wonderful experience! The ENTIRE team goes above and BEYIND to make sure residents feel comfortable, heard, and cared for. From the friendly office staff to the hardworking maintenance crew, (James & Daisy ) everyone is committed to keeping the community beautiful ( which is important to me because cleaning is my occupation) and running smoothly. I always feel safe, valued, and proud to call this place home. Thank you for the outstanding service they have truly earned every one of these five stars! I have lived here since they opened over 9 years ago and Meagan has been the BEST property manager ever, it’s rare to find people who take such pride in their work.

The price doesn't match the apartments. There are way better options for same price. The complex isn't kept clean. Bug problems. Noisy. They charge for everything. If you don't do ach it's $50 or just to pay rent. I renewed my lease because of my kids school and they went up $300 on my rent for some smart licks and office upgrades that they charge to use. I got charged full utilities for 4 days. Also they did inspect 2 weeks before I moved out and charged me fir things I could have fixed myself for cheap or that was poorly maintained and already falling apart before I moved in. If you're desperate by all means move here otherwise there are better options in the area that are worth the price.

My husband and I recently moved in and are thoroughly enjoying our stay at Villaggio! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the community is always clean. There are also plenty of amenities to keep us entertained. Carlos even fixed an issue with our AC the same day we made a request! We have no regrets about moving in!

This has happened before, more than 10 cars waiting outside because the door won’t open. This happened to me at 4am and now it has happened again, at this point just get rid of the door or get a better company to take care of it. It’s better to just have it open than to have us waiting, and with no response or staff hands on that can help. Sad
