Earlier this year, I decided to buy a new house at M3 Ranch—a two-story home on a 50-foot lot. While a 50-foot lot is quite small, my family's focus was on having larger living space rather than yard space. We decided to go with Perry Homes because we liked their floor plan the most. The sales representative, Dylon, was truly the best. He showed us multiple houses and floor plans, helping us make our decision. He addressed all our concerns and questions, and we really enjoyed working with him. It's been almost half a year since we moved into our new house. I've found some issues, but they're being resolved under warranty. The warranty process has been fairly easy and quick.
