Cedar Point Townhomes

I’ve had such a great experience living at this community! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I need anything. The property is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the property manager Sherrie is amazing and such a great leader which is a huge plus. I truly feel at home here and appreciate how much effort the team puts into making this a comfortable place to live. Highly recommend!

I’ve lived in these townhomes for 12 years and absolutely love it here! The management team and maintenance staff are wonderful. Always friendly and quick to help. Mansfield has been home for the past 14 years, and it’s where I’ve had the joy of raising my kids. I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else!

Sergio came and completed our work order in a timely manner and is always is great to catch up with. We love having him as our maintenance tech at cedar point!

I love this place! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The maintenance people are great also. They’re so fast and efficient. Sherri does a great job in managing these town homes. I’ve called this place my home since my son was 7 or 8 and now he’s 17 about to be graduating high school. Thank y’all for all y'all do to keep this property up and an amazing place to live.

Ms Sherrie and Ms Ashlyn and the maintenance team make living here so awesome every day. I try and visit them often and they treat me so nice. Me and my sister like working out in the fitness room.
