I will admit I was upset that we were not informed at all regarding a new Assistant Resident Manager, as people have been coming & going for whatever the case may be, however, our situation of almost being house-less due to barely making rent thankfully ended with a positive result thanks in large part to Patricia Jones & her good heart & understanding! The system got us all stressed & our mentality twisted in some way, shape, or form. Every system in existence. As citizens we are controlled & trained to obey rules & live up to all expectations. As workers there are protocols to follow & decisions have to be made according to set guidelines you commit to uphold. As humans though, when decisions have to be made regardless of risk, it really comes down to having a heart or just being heartle

If there was an option to leave absolutely no stars, that would be just prefect. Office management back in 2017 was a lot more pleasant and knowledgeable than current office management. Office management want to blindly accuse tenants of things tenants aren’t doing off of assumptions by their own staffs, recertification process has become a joke and they are so greedy for money they constantly up the cost just to benefit them. If you have any sort of housing assistance, as soon as they get wind of it, your rent is maxed out to the payment standards of the housing assistance.

This is a great place to live. The management are very professional and organized. The maintenance are on it. They keep the grounds clean and complete work orders quickly and diligently. I've had great neighbors for 5 years now. Very blessed to live in this complex.

You guys must be fckn kiddin me if you think this place is a good place to live, you either must be in it with management or you corrupt yourselves. Managent is not doing there job to keep the community people happy and safe. Aloha aloha.

I've been here since phase 2 opened up. And I love it! The staff is awesome! Everyone from Maitenance to office staff! They're just awesome to deal with!
