Villages 380 is nothing short of phenomenal. if you are in search of a that provides your every need in the way of living, you will find it here. I lived here several years ago and had to move for a job. All I could think about was how much I missed my home here and I have returned. This is my retirement place now. The rooms are spacious and appliances up to date. There is even a large jetted bathtub if you need a nice spa bath. Each apartment come with an attached single car garage with plenty of space for storage. The clubhouse is amazing. It’s clean and has just about everything that you need to feel like you’re getting away for a while. I’ve lived at this apartment complex for about 18 months, and I can honestly say it’s been a great experience. The community here is full of genuinely nice and friendly people, which makes it feel more like a neighborhood than just an apartment complex. The maintenance staff is amazing. they’re responsive, professional, and always take care of any requests quickly. It’s clear they really care about keeping everything in good shape. The management team is also helpful and easy to communicate with. The overall vibe here is just good. It’s peaceful, clean, and well-kept. I feel comfortable and at home, which is exactly what you want in a place you live. After a year and a half here, I’m still very happy with my choice.

Just went on a tour of Villages 3Eighty Apartment with John Crouch. Love the Apartment he showed us. Definitely putting our application in. John was awesome, very friendly and answered all the questions. Love the complex from the pond to the amenities. Great tour

I’ve been here for a few years from NY and ther community is quiet kept and well. Moving from Westchester, NY to Texas was difficult to get use too. The staff is wonderful the only con is tenants need to control their speed. Rating 9

If you want your apartment to smell like weed from your neighbors move in here 👍🏻 If you want to be completely dismissed by staff & maintenance move here 👍🏻 If you want to live somewhere where your complaints & concerns aren’t heard, move here 👍🏻 I complained about the smell of weed coming from my vents due to my neighbor & I was told “call the on-site police” because there’s nothing staff can do. I called & was ignored, never received a call back. Instead, an email was sent out reminding tenants to not smoke in their units. Nobody has ever followed up with me, or investigated my neighbors. So instead I have to be forced to smell weed every single damn day in my unit. I even purchased an expensive air purifier to help with the smell. It’s gotten so bad to the point I come home & get hit w
