We’ve been living in this neighborhood for two years now, ever since our house was built, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision! The area is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of friendly neighbors. The sense of community here is incredible, with events and gatherings that make it easy to connect with others. The location is also fantastic—close to schools, parks, and shopping, yet quiet enough to feel like a retreat. Safety has never been a concern, and we love how clean and well-kept everything is. If you’re looking for a place to feel truly at home, this neighborhood is it!

I have a beautiful home on a beautiful ranch. Country living close enough to the city to enjoy all both have to offer. Sandbrock Ranch is about family and fun and knowing everyone is a home owner just puts it in perspective. I am enjoying every minute here.

Well planned subdivision with very nice amenities. The HOA and residents are very welcoming. There three builders all have great options from affordable to luxury. Sunsets are amazing.

There is a growing pattern of racial discrimination, particularly targeting Asian residents, which is deeply troubling and unacceptable in any community. Transparency is nonexistent—especially when it comes to financial matters. We were informed that $50,000 was allocated for Christmas decorations, yet the same outdated decorations are used year after year with no visible improvements. This has raised serious concerns among residents about potential misappropriation or swindling of funds.
