This is probably the coolest HOA set up that I’ve ever seen! They have beautiful facilities that are large enough to have parties and they have food trucks a couple times a week. They have a huge dog park, multiple pools and everything was beautiful!!

Living in this community for the past 3 years - everything has gone down hill, and fast. Inherently with more residence moving here, you’d expect growing pains. However, this community is not ready for expanding… yet it still grows. Do yourself a favor and quit listening to your real estate agent for 5 seconds. They don’t live in this community and they are itching for that commission. Sure, they might show a couple homes up here and read you some marketing bullet points, but take some careful consideration, from people actually apart of the community. Honestly these apartments made me want to move to. Super spacious in living room, price are reasonable. They have actual study rooms. And you can even rent the club house. Overall staff is very inviting and welcoming provide you with all the information needed to make my move easier
