I am beyond happy with my new Adair home. It's the"rental home with apt amenities" concept, but higher end than apartment renting. I do not share walls/patio/etc with anyone. I have a yard that I don't have to mow and I am happily shocked at the fantastic way they did the layout. I have storage on storage on storage space. Being "barely north" of 380 is such a positive in my daily life even if it's just "barely". Jake, Brooklyn and Jorge go above and beyond helping to make your place into a "home". They are over the top nice, informative, quick to reply and really have a positive, "people" service attitude. Adair owners should keep them happy as they keep residents happy. I recently moved into Adair Homes (Aubrey, TX), and while it’s a beautiful community overall, there’s one major drawback future residents — especially remote workers — should know about. The buildings and amenities are genuinely nice, and the leasing staff are wonderful: friendly, professional, and very responsive. They’ve made living here a pleasant experience. However, the Internet infrastructure is a serious limitation. The property only allows Optimum, which advertises “fiber internet” but actually provides a hybrid fiber-coax connection capped at 20 Mb/s upload (around 2.5 MB/s) — and speeds can dip even lower when lots of neighbors are online since everyone shares the same coax line (not an issue with real FTTH fiber), so take the advertised speeds with a grain of salt. I recently toured Adair Apartments (2036 Oak Grove Lane, Aubrey, TX 76227), and I was extremely impressed. The community is gorgeous—modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed with great amenities. Everything from the layout to the landscaping shows how well-managed this property is. What truly made the experience exceptional was working with Brooklyn Davis from the leasing office. Brooklyn was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire tour. She went above and beyond to answer my questions and made me feel completely at ease.
