Villager Apartments

I’ve lived in the villager apartments for 2 years and it’s been nothing but a nightmare. I’ve had a mold issue since December 2021 and the bare minimum was done up until I stopped paying my full rent. The maintenance men are wonderful people and try their hardest to fix things but it’s the miserable woman, Linda, who is terrible. She’s very disrespectful and unprofessional. My apartment still has mold activity growing and my walls are super wet. I was told many different things as to why this was happening but.nothing has resolved my mold issue.

Villager apartments Linda manager on staff is so unwelcoming and disrespectful. I don’t know where they find these rude managers in charge at .I’m a single mom of color she is white of course . Rent is pretty high but as a young woman I can afford. She recently took over her position and because we haven’t met in person I pay on time never late , we meet and because I can afford to live here it’s a problem. I also have a friend who resides at 478 South St who has been dealing with mold since December and Linda claims , they won’t fix anything because she ran a humidifier that caused the mold. My friend has never ran a humidifier, poor management won’t fix it and my friend has a one year old no wonder why he gets sick all of the time . Linda claims they won’t fix it , so if you ever run i

I love it here. Fabulous staff, and maintenance. Bldgs well maintained. Common ares's are kept clean. Utilities are low due to great insulation and new I Windows. Management is great too. This is my 2nd time living here, if I didn't like it before why would I go back!! I should have never left!

Landscaping not provided,Maintenence is nice,friendly,over worked due to no fault of their own, difficulty contacting leasing., no pool insight leasing & leasing management is difficult and fisty,unprofessional at times,received a document stating my rent will only be 500 due to unsaticfacry rugs,3 days lateri had a new document taped to my door stating I must pay remaining late fee plus $50 dollars,complaints and whining when work needs to be done.holes in 2 ceilings at minimum in 2 other appartments I know of because their my friend's and the leading excuse is the man who does these type of jobs was fired so holes are getting larger due to neglect.garage was promised to me because people who rented my apartment prior to me had one turns out they moved out and are telling me I'm on a list

The apartments are beautiful! The staff is so friendly and the maintenance worker is wonderful! We have been nothing but happy living here the past few months!
