Londonaire Townhomes

BEWARE!!!!! Every single good review for this property is a friend or relative of someone who works here or a tenant that literally just moved in and hasn't yet experienced the horrors of this place and the company that owns Londonaire. They have many dba's, Indus Londonaire, Londonaire Townhomes, Barrington Residential...........Property Managers are NOT licensed per NYS Real Property Law, they will take your money and then treat you like garbage. Oh, and no matter how bad your apartment is moldy, leaky, no heat, no ac, no working dishwasher, sink, garbage disposal, they will raise your rent by a minimum of $65 every single year. And, when you enforce your rights, they then, start the harassment. Inspections, sometimes multiple times a week, so much mail you will drown in the papers, show

Rick was fantastic and fast, I walked up to him and had a question about my house he came and fixed the issue within 20 minutes

I helped a friend moved into Londonaire last week and I want the company know what a great team you have working at the complex. I believe there was a few other move ins that day and both maintenance and the property manager were running around making sure everyone had a great move in experience. I have never seen such a hard working team. Looks like a great place to live!

My sister just moved into your townhomes and I have to send props to the property manager Karen. She was so accommodating and seemed so excited about my sister’s move in. The whole experience was beyond the 5 stars the review will let me leave. Karen also left a bag of essentials, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaner and soap. This was definitely top notch service!!!! I would recommend Londonaire to anyone looking for quality and superior service!

I lived at Londonaire Townhomes for a short time because of moving to Florida for a job position. Although a short time living here, it truly felt like home! Our neighbors were wonderful, the manager (Teasha) helped us with any concerns or questions we had & her response time was always very impressive. I was worried coming into an apartment because this was my first “real” apartment experience but I can say honestly if you’re looking for an apartment (that’s pet friendly too!) look no farther because this property was nothing short of perfect! I wish I could have packed it up and moved it to Florida with us!! 💛
