Don't rent here, honestly if you need any reasons just walk in one of the buildings in this area you'll see its not only dirty but half heartedly put together. They make you use a website for all issues which works well but this is the only light in a company that doesn't care about you. You will never be able to reach anyone in a timely manner with issues in your building. They make empty promises and have issues double charging for rent and still costing you more afterwards. If you rent here and ever need to talk to another human, you might as well pray because god himself will reach out first... Good luck.

The managers of these properties have been emailed multiple times by both tenants and non-tenants asking them to fix various issues including outdated appliances, ancient thermostats, offensive smells, and deplorable conditions in the hallways. Yet they all go unanswered. They do not care about the health of people coming in and out of their units.

I moved into one of the first units to be renovated in this building, one of four buildings acquired by Birgo a little over a year ago, and have lived here eight months. The apartments are reasonably priced and totally renovated, everything completely new, even the windows. New appliances, vinyl wood flooring and baseboards, light fixtures, everything newly painted, completely new bathrooms, too. And the buildings have new roofs, new doors, resurfaced parking and driveways, new laundry facilities and newly painted and carpeted hallways. They take excellent care of the facilities as well. And the property managers are extremely helpful and accomodating, too. Absolutely neglectful. I’ve been sleeping on a couch for 6 months give or take. Management has been unresponsive to the black mold that has infested my bedroom window, leaving my one room irrelevant. My bay window does not lock nor does it even close completely so I was forced to cut wood stoppers and duct tape the bay window leaving me with a 260$ electric bill. Oh and you can expect rather large dog feces on the rugs in the hallways, and the constant smell of cannabis. I was lied to from the start, they told me this dwelling was completely redone, and lo and behold, the truth prevails. Choose wisely my friends!
