Village West Apartments

I think these apartments should be taken down and rebuilt and prices should be affordable priceses and new management.

Overpriced and DEFINITELY NOT worth what they want for rent

Very nice; I was there for twelve years. Management always got things done, maintenance did a great job, and the grounds are very well kept. Convenient to the stores as well.

The apartment was FILLED with mold the office manager is a lier they don't care about ppl with disabilities heat don't work 90 percent of the time but they don't care if u fall behind on rent due to emergency they will not work with u or accept rental assistance they will just evicit u then lie to other landlords would never recommend this place to even a dog is the worse place to live ever and I'm not talking just about the unit I was in I can name 3 apartments I know for FACT had no heat and mold they lie about accepting section 8 when offered they turn it down they won't accept veterans assistance they do not work at all with u if u are disabled they will just LIE and kick you out with no chance and u can try and say it's not true but health inspector is already being contacted and tho

I live here for about a year about 5 years ago and loved it. Manager was very good to me and maintainance also. Would love to come back if there are any openings.
