Who conducts business the way you guys do...they lied about the apartment being available they lied about what they were doing with the apartment they lied about calling me and my wife to keep us updated they lied about calling me. .it's sad because I know people that lived there and they say it's a good place to live but I can't for the life of me understand why ghost someone who is willing to pay willing to be patient and let them get the apartment ready and just ghost us at the end of the day These people could have been getting more than $18 for an application. Alicia sucks at managing any property. I need answers as to why she lied and had my wife, my child and iand had us believing we were going to be able to move in for a whole damn month? Why

If you’re going to live here there are some things you should know! 1) you will NEVER get to speak with the apartment manager. We go more time without a manager than we do with! 2) cross your fingers and pray nothing breaks or stops working. You will be put on a list for repairs and there is only one maintenance man shared between three properties. It’s common to go weeks to 1-1/2 years without maintenance repairs. 3) it’s private property. No surprise there. But, if anything ever happens to your vehicle don’t expect much to happen. Especially if it’s caused by another tenant. Because then it becomes hearsay regardless if physical evidence is found. 4) paying your rent on time is crucial. Poor management and maintenance if they don’t find what you’re reporting to be a major problem they will not fix it. They don’t come around doing preventative maintenance on anything they wait until it’s completely broken our faucet in the bathroom leaks from the knob but they say it only leaks a little so it’s fine but yet it covers the counter within minutes of it running. The sliding glass doors leak air like a gust of wind is blowing through the apartment as well as the windows causing major high electric bills at $340 but they won’t replace or repair them we just have to pay the bill and that’s that and nothing ever gets updated they use the cheapest ugliest fixtures and doors that knobs are broke and or the latch is broken and doesn’t latch your door shut and the closet doors fall ou

Alicia has been great to deal with throughout the application process. She was very helpful in getting my needs met on the move in date. When we walked through the apartment it was clean, and things seem to have been updated.

I had the best experience with Alicia the manager. I came into the office to see if any apartments were available. She was very professional and kind when I was asking questions. She even went above and beyond to show me a unit that was open. The office is very warm welcoming. I would highly recommend reaching out to Alicia if you are in need of an apartment.
