I reached out to Maria Goffena about a home/farmland that my husband and I wanted to purchase and wanted to go and look at the property. She never responded, and I go and check the listing and it is now under contract. It seems to me that she tried to keep my husband and I from putting in an offer on the property and that doesn’t seem fair. Beware of this person, I’d honestly find someone else to work with. I’ll be reporting this shortcoming to the proper oversight authority s as soon as possible.
