The people here treat you like family. They take the time to listen to you, and they do their best to make sure you have everything you need and want. For instance, a washer and dryer was listed in building, but when I visited the apartment, they weren't hooked up or available for use. After I had already agreed to take the apartment, I got a call that they had misrepresented the laundry situation, and asked if that was a deal breaker with the intention of letting me out of the deal, if necessary. That sort of over-and-above service really impressed me. Finally, instead of leaving us on our own when it was time to sign the lease, they went over each part of it, gave examples and asked if we had questions.
