I’ve worked with Ted with all of my real estate needs. He helped me buy my first one family home and was extremely patient as it took longer than expected to find the right one. Few years later I decided I wanted to rent out my house as I wanted to move internationally. Ted suggested I sell it for an investment property and broke the numbers down for me and why it made sense. After thinking it through I agreed and he helped me sell my one family home for a multi family while again being very patient as this was all happening during the beginning of Covid.
