Horrible place to live in. Management refuses to send out pest control Even though the lease states that it is required every month. Apartments are full of roaches and mice. Neighbors constantly fighting, shooting, or just plain dirty. Nothing is ever done when you bring it to their attention. First couple weeks of staying here our roof started leaking, that took 2 weeks for them to even look at it. Still have the hole in the ceiling 6 months later. Mice are so bad you can't use your stove and have to keep all food stored in containers. If you report on the app any issues, like your supposed to. Maintenance will "fix" one problem then mark them all complete so corporate will leave them alone. Management urges you too call them instead of using the app to avoid getting in trouble but then l

I live here currently, and it’s an absolute nightmare. From the first day we moved in, I found a tick crawling on my son. I immediately trapped it with tape and took it to the main office to show them, and they said they would put us in the list of emergency pest spray. They also said when we signed the lease that there would be monthly pest control services spray the apartment. Not once did we have anyone come to spray, not even as an emergency service. Thankfully, we’ve not seen any more ticks. However, the roaches and mice are horrid. I called many times about the issue and they said “we’ll put you on the list for emergency spray”… lmfao what a joke. One of the worst apartments in town, I had a leaking tub into my kitchen, back door broken , no dishwasher the entire time I lived there. They also lied I signed a paper removing my rights from the apartment, they told me I had 2 weeks to get stuff out and that I could not come back. The new tenants had rights to the whole apartment and that included all my deposits, but they also told me that meant I was not responsible for the rest of the lease, or any damages. 3 years later I get charges to my credit and the office doesn’t even have the courage to return many phone calls made by me and my husband. Which is expected because I couldn’t even get anyone to fix anything when I lived there to begin with, they don’t care about their residents. They also don’t care about you as a person.

I lived here 3 years ago! Many of problems linked to maintenance not doing their job and stealing from the tenants, to the bugs that were in the apartment itself! The complex manages that took over were horrible, lost paperwork to “give 30 day notice” had to sign and give back at least 3 times only had 2 weeks to officially get out. My mom stayed there when I worked and went to school so she could let people in from the complex and they said they ran her credit and charged her and my credits and she didn’t even officially live there because “we left it a mess” well you give someone two weeks to get out and you want to expect! My refrigerator went out and spoiled groceries, asked for a month for help to get a new one and it took them a month and three weeks to replace the refrigerator! Aske

This place is really cute inside but the construction was not thought out. With winding stairs inside the homes entry doorway, and the apartment living quarters located upstairs it's difficult to move furniture in or out. There were bugs on the premises as well. Management just bandaids major issues like stair railings, holes in walls, closet rods, drawers, and sinks. Major issues. Has potential just needs more money put into it and a good exterminator regularly for all units.
