The process was laid out for me to understand, and she was very good with communicating everything to me and transparent. Within a month of listing the house I got an offer and with good advise from Condra I agreed and began to process to sell. I was able to be out of state to sell the house, through signed docs and notary signature, and wired the money at my local bank for closing costs. Condra went out of her way to ensure conscience which saved me time and money! 10/10 recommended!
