Hilary did an outstanding job of helping me find my home. After months of searching and having no luck we came across a property with potential. Hilary reached out and submitted my offer. However the seller was determined to sell as is with no negotiation. Sadly we moved on but after another week of not finding much Hilary reached out to that seller again and was able to get him down from his already reduced sales price, and add down payment assistance. After months of searching we finally found the one, and she helped me every step of the way
