Village of Canterbury Apartments

Village of Canterbury is in a convenient location. Close to a few different shopping centers, the mall, and highway. The staff at the leasing office made my move in process very simple and maintenance seems to be quick to respond to requests. My only complaints would be how creaky the floors can be and heating system. I know it’s a given with someone living above you but I can hear every step my neighbors upstairs make. It’s tolerable during the day but early mornings I get woken up by the moving. As far as the heating systems goes I know we’ve had some really cold days but I’ll have my heat on all day and my living room will still feel like an ice box! No drafts coming in but it feels like the heat doesn’t touch the living room at all. I have to run a space heater at the same time to make

I give this 5 stars because it has been a GREAT experience since I've lived here. The leasing office is always available when you need them and have always been nice to me! They have a great maintenance team, very friendly as well! They even have a nice workout area, pool and different social events, occasionally. I've never had to worry about someone breaking into my apartments, being that I have friendly, neighbors and this apartment complex has cameras/surveillance all around. Oh yea, not to mention they have reasonable rent rates especially, with the modern apartment units, nice balconies and huge storing space! You don't have to worry about any rodents and parking is always available. Thank you Village of Canterbury!

I’ve really enjoyed my experience living at the Village of Canterbury apartments. The community is quiet, well-maintained, and conveniently located near shops and restaurants. The apartments themselves are spacious and have a cozy, comfortable feel. Any time there’s been a maintenance issue or question about my lease, the response has always been quick and professional, which has made living here even more stress-free. I’d especially like to thank Danielle and Cassie for all their help. They’ve both been incredibly responsive and kind whenever I’ve needed assistance. Whether it was a maintenance request or a general concern, they made sure things were taken care of quickly and efficiently. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend this property. I have been living here for nearly 4 years and have nothing but positive things to say. It's quiet at night and my daughter and I both feel safe, and I love the community outreach they have with us tenants. My apartment has plenty of room, and I LOVE the closets. Their office staff are understanding and always willing to help. Should you have a maintenance issue, their maintenance guys are on it and it's resolved quickly.

I have resided in this apartment complex for almost 4 years and ½. I honestly love the leasing office staff, they are very professional, and friendly. I want to thank the maintenance guys, who are always very respectful and professional, they never walk away leaving anything unsolved, to me that is very important. The area is peaceful, OMG noise free just the birds is what I heard all day and night is the same. Thank you for installing the camaras everywhere I feel safe here. I love all the great E-mails send by Cassie and all the activities they are offering to all the tenants. My experience here is amazing.
