I've worked with Dan for the last few years. He managed my rental property and also helped me sell multiple properties. He's very responsive, knowledgeable and organized. Dan is a genuinely good person and I have thoroughly enjoyed working him. Dan and his colleague Christi were the 2 best we could have worked with while purchasing our first home! Dan was first our landlord, and I contacted him when we were moving cross country, looking for a rental. He made the process easy and showed us what a good landlord is. It was easy to reach him, and if anything came up, it was quickly addressed. When we bought our first home, Dan and Christi brought their knowledge and fun! They both took time to listen to us without any pressure and made a stressful process much easier! After our home purchase, they continued supporting us with realty needs, and the support is always appreciated!

Dan is definitely one of the best Property Managers I have ever worked with. He is always on top of any issues and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I have. He is also very knowledgeable and diligent when it comes to buying properties, and renting them out. I highly recommend Dan for all your real estate needs. You will not be disappointed! Update - I've been with Dan and Walter for 2 years and they are still doing an amazing job. Walter stays on top of everything that needs to be managed from bills, repairs, lease renewals, etc. He handles it all and keeps me updated regularly. I'm really impressed with his level of commitment and excellence.
