Neal McGinnes was awesome in assisting my wife and I with our refinancing. He treated us like we had no idea what was going on, because we didn't. We had zero experience and he understood that. We couldn't thank him enough. We're gonna miss his daily emails and texts telling us what papers he needs us to send. Not really.
