I had the great pleasure of having Eddie Barksdale sell my home for me recently. Eddie took the time to visit my home well in advance of the first showings. He offered fabulous insight into what the current market looked like, what was important to potential buyers and what action should be taken to prepare our home. Eddie answered all of our questions and concerns. He was responsive to phone calls, texts and emails and reassured us on what would be transpiring through the entire process. I sold my home in Dec, 2022 and purchased another home in April, 2024. I worked with Eddie in both cases. Selling the home went very smooth. However, purchasing my new home was not a fun experience.
