Village Oaks Senior Apartments

I had a chance to meet some of the residents. They are awesome! Also, the management staff are very professional. I highly recommend Village Oak.

Nice place to live. Since new management there have been a lot of improvements.

Upon first moving in the bldg I had no mice or roaches. Peppermint oil is gone I went to the laundry room the other day. This morning I find a full grown pregnant roach on my pillow . The mice is trying to run me out my kitchen. The laundry room is infested with roaches. So Im being told that the exterminator will be out. Im sayin . Its a pist poor exterminator because the other residents speak of the mice. They are seniors and most of them can't use the internet to complain for themselves. They need to sealed up these holes in the apartments. They need a exterminator that can guarantee his product. We want a healthy clean building to live in rather we have rent assistance or not. C. Johnny

Great place to live. Close to Giant supermarket. I can get my prescriptions filled. The staff is so helpful and they always have good activities for us. I love my home

I would give this place a poor rating due to an infestation of rats and mice, along with other rodent problems.
