Ingleside Ridge Modern Apartments

Do not move here!!!!!!! There are these huge waterbugs that appear out of nowhere in mostly the summer months. They have mice and roaches. The apartments always smell like weed and if you live on the top apartments, you will have a problem with wasps and wasps nests.

Update: it’s been over 24 hours and no one has contacted me about my emails regarding my central air. This is what you will get if you become a new tenant at this property! This has been worst experience of my adult life since moving into this rental property in February 2024. I’ll start by saying that I am a careered licensed professional, and have tried to remedy these issues as best I can being that I work two jobs Monday through Friday. I informed the leasing manager of this and the nature of my work in hopes that I would be placed in a quiet unit and building. It has been so bad that I haven’t unpacked my apartment due to feeling so depressed living here. I’ll start month by month. Btw the plumbing has been horrible the entire time. I do not think some things are hooked up appropriat

I have not had any problems since I moved in July 2024. It’s a quiet community and my son loves playing outside w his new friends
