Reserve at West Hills

Greetings I have lived at The Reserve@Westhills Apts since the year 2003. I enjoyed living here it's quite in my building. I haven't encountered any violence or not feeling safe since I been here. As far as work order beening placed it is forfilled as soon as possible. Juan comes out to tell what needs to happen it he can't complete it. The management staff in the office is willing to help me whenever I need it. That's at least twice a month 😅 I always need assistance. The dumpsters are being dumped on a regular basis. I'm not ashamed when I'm being dropped off in front of my apt. So yes I love this complex. . .

Was visiting a friend 2 weeks after the snow and they still haven't cleaned their parking lots. It's horrible. Still getting stuck and having to put chairs in the parking spaces is just unacceptable! I used to live here 12 yrs ago and the name was Strawberry Hill Apts. They had so many bad reviews they keep changing the name. Clean them ppl parking lots! If you need a great place to live check out Hamlet West. Pool works and clean, maintenance handeled same day most times or next day, parking lots cleaned after snow with 2days. Professional office staff and quiet area. Ijs there's ppl that will treat you great.

This has been one of the worst living experiences I’ve ever had. The apartment has serious pest issues roaches and mice are a constant problem, and management does nothing about it even after multiple complaints. The leasing office staff are extremely unprofessional. They gossip about other tenants right in front of residents, use profanity when speaking to tenants, and show no respect or accountability for the conditions people are living in. Maintenance requests take forever to be addressed (if at all), and when you try to follow up, you’re met with attitude instead of help. The overall environment is toxic and poorly managed. I would not recommend this place to anyone save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

Juan is always extremely helpful and professional. Every time I place a work order, he shows up quickly and makes sure the job is done right. He explains what he’s fixing, is respectful, and leaves everything clean. I really appreciate his great attitude and the reliable service he provides. Thank you, Juan.

I’ve only been living here about a month and i absolutely HATE IT HERE IT IS SO DISGUTINGGG!!!! 1) the bedrooms don’t have connections for lightbulbs!!! I had to buy lamps to plug in and all the sockets don’t even work! 2) my ring camera picked up a man literally PEEEINNGGGG in the hallways on the wall and when I informed the office they sent some shady looking person that SWEPT the carpet with a broom!!!! I complained again and someone came to steam just that one area. Didn’t even clean the wall or nothing!!! I HAVE VIDEO AND PICTURE PROOF OF EVERYTHING INCLUDING THE MAN WATCHING MY CAMERA!!! (SEE PHOTOS FOR PEE STAIN STILL THERE ATER AN ENTIRE WEEK) 3) I brought my ring inside to charge and it picked up a MOUSE crawling across my kitchen counter 4) The electricity in half my apartment w
