I definitely do not recommend staying here. I was a good tenant for 2 years. I not only endured the rat infestation of our building, but also the constant backed up plumbing that would overflow into the parking lot. The everyday cockroaches, I was told is normal. To top off the unprofessionalism of the management. I was charged an additional 30 days past my lease. They said I didn't give them a 30 day notice. While they went through 3 managers in a month and will not return any form of correspondence. Stolen cars and broken windows I have seen it all.

We all know the moving process is always a crazy time, looking for the right place, filling out forms and not knowing what to expect. Jordan the onsite manager went above and beyond to help us and totally put us at ease helping us clearly after the office hours were closed. Thanks so much for your help. Great looking units and A+ Staff.

I talked to the manager and I’m asking for 5 more days to move out. We didn’t have a chance to move all of our stuff because of the lockdown. She said yes but we have to pay for it. I don’t have money to pay for those extra days my husband is not working right now. And our May rent is a hard money. No consideration. I don’t recommend this property management. I’ll give zero not one star. In times like this they should also understand their renters.

In my experience it was a nice place to live. The neighbors mostly keep to themselves and it's not too loud or anything. It's only a short walk to Target, the mall, bus stop, 7-Eleven etc. The current manager Michelle, is a really nice person. However, the former manager of the place was a terrible manager and was really rude. She also went by the name Michelle so that may have caused some confusing if you read the other reviews on this place.

To all UC MERCED students that might be considering moving here, listen & hear me now & please do your homework before you make the mistake of moving here. This place is located in a ghetto that is run by gangs. Most notably the "Norteno" gang. Please "google" Loughborough Dr & then google "shootings". There is a 7/11 located directly next door that has been robbed so many times I can't even begin to tell you. The door gate to this complex is constantly broken which means anyone can wander in and wreak havoc at all hours of the night, which they do. Last year 3 cars were stolen out of this complex. My car was broken into but nothing was taken. The apartment complex is very noisy with people standing around at all hours of the night & being a general nuisance to those that are try
