This is currently a good place to live. Princeton Properties took over near the end of 2023, and they have been a great landlord. Very nice, professional staff and very responsive. The previous two landlords, Cushman & Wakefield and Gold Property were truly awful, sinister companies, so you'll see plenty of bad reviews below, but as of this writing things have really improved.

What a joke! Did credit screen and background check via text and was ok’d to see apartment since my credit is excellent. Made appointment and took time off from work to do so. Lisa Saunders “Property Owner” refused to keep appointment without me doing actual application. Oh.. and just for the record…had previous appointment that was cancelled by THEM! Probably dodged a bullet. First impressions.. lobby/entrance area is flat out nasty. As for Miss Property Owner.. you suck.

Currently golds owns this and they refuse to fix any of the central air conditioning in or out of the apartments. Dumpster only gets emptied twice a month so it smells horrible all the time. Cleaning of the common areas is now once a quarter so it looks and smells terrible all the time. They refuse to enforce lease rules so you have no order there. I doubt cushman will be different, I have already put in a ticket 3 weeks ago about the broken hvac and crickets. Princeton is the latest in low end management companies to not do their jobs, HVAC still not working despite promises, I requested a 2 bedroom across the hall and they said ok and turned around and rented it out on me. Not to mention none of the mold issues have been addressed, we are all stuck in a high priced mold environment.

Scheduled a tour, took off work and everything. No one showed up. No one answered the phone, no one in the leasing office. Scammers take your info and ignore
