The Residence at Joan's Farm

Our Management Team here is stellar...Very experienced, personable and thorough in every way. The exterior grounds and landscaping are meticulously maintained and the interior community spaces (fully equipped gym, spacious Clubhouse, building lobbies) are very clean and open. Apartment maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manner and safety checks are routinely scheduled year-round within the complex. Management communications are concise and timely and consistently address safety or community living guidelines that benefit all residents. Joan's Farm is a gem, and I love living here.

Having given up the house life years ago we have lived in multiple different properties. The management by Kirsten and maintenance by Chris are far and above anyplace we have resided. The focus on keeping the property up the the high standards that first attracted us to this complex is exactly how a top tier property should be run. I hope this team stays here for many years into the future.

Great place to live, very quiet and respectful neighbors. Maintenance is usually quick to respond to any issues you might have and the apartments themselves are very nice. We will not be renewing our lease only because of a new job and we want to have a shorter commute. For what its worth they did not raise rent on us when we received our lease papers to renew or give notice.

Just moved in but a very nice place so far. Good high quality materials and very quiet.

Love, love, love the brand new luxurious apartment at Joan's Farm! The buildings and garages are beautiful, the apartments are loaded with a new washer and dryer, granite counters, awesome views from balcony! The landscaping is so colorful, there are gazebos that are furnished for entertaining! The living space goes beyond the apartment, as the grounds are a wonderful place to walk, or sit. The Joan's Farm Team couldn't be more caring and responsive to any needs! Brenda V.
