Lodge at Ames Pond

I truly like this place. The apartments are great, and maintenance always responds very quickly. Considering the number of residents, the property is surprisingly well organized — which is impressive. My biggest appreciation goes to the office staff. Every time I need assistance, they not only resolve the issue promptly, but they also genuinely put effort into helping. They are flexible, honest, polite, and friendly — truly outstanding. Thank you to everyone working in the office for your dedication and support! I’ve being living here for more than a year, and I couldn’t be happier.

The best apartment complex I have lived at. I have no complaints. The property manager and the rest of the staff are amazing. There is a lot of communication, and they always get back to you in a timely manner. The maintenance team is just as great. This complex is in an amazing spot. I couldn’t be any happier.

OMG!!! Self-guided tour was the most frustrating experience. No staff to help you, no one at the front desk. No one in sight to answer questions. Even when I called the main number I had to call many times to reach a human. I finally reached one when I pretended to be a tenant with an emergency. If this is how you treat prospective tenants then I can't imagine how you treat the folks that live here. No elevators! The piped in smell in the lodge was overpowering and gave me an immediate headache. The Lodge was beautiful but it was all downhill after that. Getting into the buildings with no help was difficult. With NO customer service, (no humans/staff anywhere to be found) I would never consider this place.

Edit- June 1st We had our first real emergency and are being treated poorly. They are not taking any responsibility for how bad our unit repairs are and are forcing us to live here in the meanwhile with a moldy water damaged wall torn up carpet and blowers so loud we can’t hear. There are people with disabilities in this unit and an emotional support dog. I work at home this is not how you treat tenants!! I’ve lived here for two years and have had a great experience. Ryan at the front desk is empathetic. The maintenance in our unit is always addressed as soon as we put an order in. The hallways and landscaping are always clean. The school system is fantastic. I’ve enjoyed my time here and hope to be in Tewksbury for a while

Absolute worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. management is terrible and it’s overpriced. If you can afford to live at this place, good for you, but I suggest going somewhere that is so much better. There is mold on my bathroom ceiling. Bottom floor has roaches, we were given a day notice of pest control coming in to my apartment, I was told to clear out all my cabinets and then they never showed up. They constantly charge you extra fees, There is never any parking and there is no guest parking, The lawn is always filled with trash. My dogs are constantly eating random things on the ground. look up police reports of this place. There have been three related drug arrests here in the past two years, this is definitely not a place for kids. There are cops here all the time. Do not move here an
