Village green apartment's is a wonderful community! Valeria and Sharla are two wonderful people willing to help no matter what! very blessed to live in village green!

Very nice management and diverse community! I lived nine years in this building and I found it the best place in Kent. I appreciate Pam, Sharla and Valeria, they are very welcome and professional managers. They are open to all families of different diversity. Besides the maintenance team are wonderful people “keeping this building clean, active and secure”.

We lived here for 4 years.It was a great place. Management: Village Green has great management team. Pam. and Yasmin work hard so if you have any maintenance issue they will do it ASAP. Apartment: Pro: Large living room. Cheap rent. The location is great, everything is around you. Con: Reek in the hall. (Recommendation: They should maintain a good ventilation and air circulation system in all hallways.) Washer and dryer are not inside apartment. The above two reasons reduce the rating to 4 star. Parking Lot: You will have one parking lot per apartment and if you need extra one, you may get one additional for 50$ per month. There are few guest parking lot.

I lived in this apartment for over 9 years and is really great. One of the most important thing I love about this place is very peaceful and secured compared to the nearby apartments where I heard car thefts all the time.The managers and the maintenance are so respectful and friendly especially Jasmin who is always on time in her office and very very polite and helpful. Their response is incredible, If you have any issues in your apartment, address it to the manager office which is on first floor or through their Emergencey number and you will be helped right away. The only thing I want the apartment to consider is, they have very very limited visitors parking which most of the time is full even though every apartment has their own assigned parking. I also had one paid parking which is ok
