Village Garden Apartments

Needs fencing or a barrier to prevent people from walking their dogs through the building or little bit of grass they have surrounding the apartments. I was told I can't walk my dog through the 15 feet of grass that runs through the apartment, but there are ZERO signs stating that no dogs are allowed on the property and no gates preventing others from doing that; only a lady (that looks like she works there) that yelled to me saying "Sir you are not allowed to walk your dog here" EVEN THOUGH I'm clearly a WOMAN and didn't see any signs that say I can't.

One word. GHETTO. If you have any value towards quality of life, take this advice and stay away. Besides, with all the new hospital structures being built, its a matter of time before these are torn down. Progress!
