Village East Apartments

We have been here almost a year and have absolutely loved it! The location is close to lots of stores and food. The neighbors are super friendly and can’t forget about Rochelle! She is by far the best landlord I’ve had. She makes sure you have everything you need, and everything is up and running the way it should be! She also is always doing something fun for our community to make it more welcoming, and she bakes us lots!

We have been here for a couple of months now and absolutely love it. There were a few maintenance needs when we moved in. We turned in our walk thru page and they were immediately tended to. Front office manager has been so friendly and professional the whole time. ( usually it changes once u move in, not here) the area is so quiet back here. Bit of an older generation because we haven’t seen too many kids around, but that’s great with us. We are in our 40s and love the quieter life. We see maintenance making rounds every single day and also have seen several tenants that really care and take such good care of their area which is nice too. We love this place.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Village East. The location is super convenient since it’s close to the grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, and urgent care. There’s also LOTS of parking, which is a big plus. It’s very pet friendly and is very quiet most of the time. Most of the neighbors I’ve met have been friendly without giving off that nosy neighbor vibe. This is honestly the first place I’ve lived where I’ve known so many of my neighbors by name as well as their pets. The property manager, Rochelle, is friendly, takes concerns seriously, and even bakes cookies, which just makes the place feel more welcoming. In the interest of fairness there are a few minor downsides. Traffic can be a little tricky during peak hours. Sometimes there is old furniture left at the dumpsters by residents mo

We’ve been living here for a few months now and it’s been great so far. Rochelle is the sweetest property manager and she loves to interact with the tenants. You can tell she truly cares about her job. The apartments are nice as well and the neighbors are friendly here. I highly recommend!

Rochelle is the best property manager out! She’s always responsive and understanding. Definitely would recommend others to move here. Plus she bakes really good sweets for us tenants on Fridays sometimes lol 10/10
