Berwick Apartments

Jeremy from the Woods came to Berwick when our Key Hole was destroyed, we called him and he was here and finished within the hour, easy peasy for him, was kind polite funny cracking jokes. I thoughr we would be out here all night but he got it done quickly and did a good job. Atlast is Lucky to have Jeremy.

They will say whatever to keep your deposit, we cleaned it better than when we moved in and we’re charged a 2 hr cleaning fee, $20 for stove drip pans even though the oven was brand new and $95 to steam clean the floors. They say what ever they want even if it’s not true. Also they have mice inside and rats outside. I would not recommend living here.

We lived at the Berwick apartments for about 8 months. We were very honest with them from the beginning letting them know we would only be living there temporarily until we bought a house. We signed a 6 month lease. We started having issues from the beginning. Every time the upstairs neighbor would shower it would leak through the roof of our bathroom, maintenance would come, and then the leak would stop. It took 3 visits and over a month before they found the leak. After they fixed the leak they just patched the hole in the roof. We moved in, in August by December they were already hounding us to sign a new lease. We went back and forth and then talked to management directly and management told us as long as we could give a 2 month notice when we moved we wouldn’t have to worry about brea

Berwick is a beautiful property! Management and maintenance are always taken care of everything in a timely manner! Property is quiet and well maintaned! Perfect for everyone!

Management has gotten better and seems to be handling the property better than before. Cameras have been installed which is what I’ve been waiting for forever since I moved here two years ago. I hope they will install a heater in the pool to actually make it a year around pool but with time we shall see. Otherwise good place to live!
