Our experience with Pioneer Abstract & Title Co in Muskogee was a catastrophic failure on multiple fronts. Their most egregious issues include: Refusing to use my correct legal name on vital documents. A shocking lack of document security, specifically when handling sensitive information like Social Security numbers. This is a major data privacy concern. Repeatedly losing essential paperwork, forcing us to resubmit information and causing endless delays. When a title issue needed clarification, they flatly denied my request to speak with their title attorney, leaving us in the dark. Keeping us waiting for over an hour on closing day with no explanation. Only to find out we had to resch
