VIllage Creek apartments

I lived there for the past couple of years. My landlord was amazing. Attentive and very respectful. I always paid rent before it was due and never caused trouble. When I first moved in it was nice enough for the price. Then started noticing red flags. The parking lot is always full. Then they enacted parking lot stickers and had to pay extra for every car. When cars without stickers were still filling up the lot. Paid for the key for the gym and pool which was constantly closed for "maintenance". A couple weeks I understand but for half of the year that's disrespectful. The quality of tenants has definitely gone down some. I understand people take advantage of nice things, and there's only so much the HOA can do. They put a new recycling dumpster and put a lock on it so no one could even

i live here. the area is quiet but the people are DISGUSTING. condo association is SOFT. they let people park ANYWHERE and they fail to enforce the rules. leash your dog when walking!!! cameras at garbage for what? association does nothing about people just dumping their garbage in the parking lot; the softer the association; the more they empower these disgusting tenants.
