Do not move to these ran down apartments not even if it’s last choice. I made a mistake by moving here, BE AWARE THERE ARE NO MAINTENANCE, you are on your own when it comes to anything. Get used to board of health being your best resource to get anything fixed. There’s no leasing office at location at all. Phone numbers listed don’t work. Never met the property manager. Maintenance crew have language barriers and don’t leave documentation after fixings, which are needed. There is no such thing as emergency maintenance problems here. I can’t wait until my lease is up. I will be running from this place.

My Aunt Mattie Tyler relocated to your Village 10 yrs ago. She is very pleased with your complex. She enjoys your Activities. Feels that it is like a private Home. I also experienced your complex on my vacation. I enjoyed scenery and peace and quite.

I lived here for 11 months almost made the year mark, Rats, Roaches and Mice. Couldn't deal with them. When rat crawled up bed post and ran down my back That was it! Couldn't Take It No More! Talk about Senior Citizens ~ People selling dope in another apartment all times of night. Loud music ~ Kids Living There, and Management Knew It! Come On Now!! Board of Health told me when someone moves in the place that I left to let them know. Got pictures of rats as proof! Ex also moved in another apartment there and recently died before his lease was over. Management had the nerve to send $935.00 Balance Due. Was told that it was from, Corporate Office, CS Management, in Lakewood, NJ. Pray that they can get the money from the deceased at the cemetery. God Don't Like Ugly!!

I love Atrium Village, Staff in front office are courteous and always nice!! Maintenance is always fast to fix things. The Security Officer's they have patrol the property are courteous, professional, and always willing to help!! I don't have to worry about my Grandma living here!! THANKS!!

No longer a “seniors only” community. New owners allow anyone to rent here now. My mother lives here, and we’re getting her out as soon as the lease is up. What was once a quiet, safe, peaceful community has now become the “projects!”
