Village at Thirty Pines

Meredith, Just wanted to take a few minutes to tell you what an amazing maintenance/management team you have here (although I'm sure you already know :) You replied to my service request email in less than an hour. (Thank you! ) Kevin was here before I made it home. already had the washer figured out and moved right in to the dishwasher. Repaired same day. Works perfectly again. The new machine looks awesome! Running it through the cleaning cycle now. It sounds so much better. Our first few months here have been well above our expectations as was our first maintenance experience Looking forward to staying a long time.

I moved into The Village At Thirty Pines in July of 2019 and never considered living anywhere else. It has been my "home" up to the present, Jan. 2025. If your looking for a spacious apartment, quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, extra amenities and exceptional service from the office to maintenance, "The Village" is the place to call "home." The staff is very helpful and friendly and makes you feel valued as a resident. Their quick response to requests, whether it is to replace a lightbulb or a squeaky faucet to a more major problem ( which aren't many), are all treated very quickly and promptly so you can have a pleasant living environment and not to disrupt your life. Meredith, in the office, and Kevin, in maintenance, are both knowledgeable, professional, courteous and respectful

I originally signed up for a 6 months lease and ended up staying almost 7 years. It is perfect for the tenant looking for a quiet, clean and safe environment without all the bells and whistles. I have no complaints and would not be moving if life was taking me on a new adventure. Highly recommend.

Lived in a 2BR, 2BA for just over 18 mos while looking to purchase a home in Concord. This complex is very well managed with exceptional amenities. Spotless updated interior, car ports, basement storage, mailboxes in bldg, nice size decks. Property is very well kept up with regards to landscaping and snow removal and anytime I requested maintenance (which was rare), response was quick and issue resolved usually within a few hours. Meredith in the office and Dan in maintenance were always so friendly and responsive! All of my neighbors have been very friendly and quiet. Location is great with conveniences right outside my door - gas/convenience store, post office, restaurants, coffee shop. I highly recommend!
