I have been living here for almost a year. I love it here. Interior is super nice and premium feeling, Never have issue with parking, outdoor fireplace and bbq grill is very nice.
I had a wonderful experience with the rental process at Hollis Commons due to the incredible customer service of Katelyn B. She went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and helped me along the way through the entire application process. Calls and emails were responded to immediately. She was a pleasure to work with!
Run by Brady Sullivan which is a great property management company
Had an appointment at 12 to view an apartment and ended up waiting 15 minutes outside during winter with two young children. We got back inside our car to wait another 5 minutes and just left. Extremely unprofessional.
My mother has lived there for almost two years. Maintenance is great.
