Village at San Tan

This is such a beautiful community to live in! Erin and the leasing office staff always go above and beyond to help with any questions I have, which makes such a difference. The amenities here are fantastic. The pool is gorgeous, and the pool and spa are spacious enough that it never feels crowded. The gym has high tech equipment, and the clubhouse is always clean and welcoming. As a dog mom, I especially love the dog wash. It’s such a convenient addition. I also really appreciate the package lockers. They’re super handy and make deliveries so much easier and more secure. The units themselves are beautiful, and I love that they’re smart units. I’ve been living here a little over a month now and have had a really positive experience so far. The community is beautiful and brand-new, with a lot of great amenities. I especially appreciate the security features like the doorbell camera and alarm system. It's also very pet-friendly. My Frenchie fur baby loves her built-in doggy door and can't wait to try out the bark park. The staff is knowledgeable and quick to address any questions I've had. Shoutout to Erin in the leasing office, who has been friendly, helpful, and welcoming since day one. I definitely recommend checking it out. I'm very happy with my decision to make Village at San Tan my new home!
