Lennar at Wales Ranch

Our experience with Lennar has been top notch from start to finish! We worked with Sarah Lafler and toured just about every community in the east valley. She was incredibly accommodating, professional, and really listened to all of our requirements for our home! She fought for us when we needed to move our deposit to a different lot and made sure we were happy with our home! I built with another “luxury” home builder previously and was incredibly disappointed with the customer service and craftsmanship. No house is perfect but Lennar builds a great home. I would highly recommend this community and working with Sarah if you can!

Working with Sara Guzzo at Lennar Builders was an exceptional experience from start to finish!
