Within months of moving in, our toilet flooded the house. They found a piece of concrete in the pipe. It’s been a nightmare watching the contractors who are putting our house back together. The contractors/subcontractors time and again have blatantly disregarded our personal belongs in the home, putting items dirtied by toilet water on perfectly clean items. This happened multiple times even after complaining to Taylor Morrison. Management has been slow in response to our concerns and requests, showing that Taylor Morrison clearly has better things to do than care for their clients who have been out of their home for two weeks due to what appears to be a blatant construction failure - the piece of concrete stuck in the pipe.
