Village at Paseo de Luces

This is my first time living in apartments and I was a little afraid to move in. We been living here for a year now and we just renewed our lease. We love living here at Village at Paseo de Luces. It’s a very nice, quiet and clean community . The staff is amazing. Kudos to maintenance, Heriberto who is very efficient.

I absolutely love living here! The community is beautiful, safe, and very well maintained. The staff is amazing—always friendly, professional, and eager to help whenever needed. They truly go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome. One of the best parts about living here is the fun community events and activities that bring neighbors together. The homes are modern smart homes, which makes life so convenient, and it’s also a pet-friendly community—perfect for animal lovers. The location couldn’t be better, with shopping, dining, and freeway access just minutes away. Overall, this is truly a wonderful place to live, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming community with outstanding staff, amenities, and modern features.

Yeah, I really really really enjoy living here especially because I have an EV and there is currently free charging and it’s so ridiculously convenient. They have a place to wash your car, a clubhouse, of course, swimming pool and the neighbors are really cool. Community events, Trash pick up and shaded parking. I honestly love it here and this is the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. Not to mention that management is so awesome themselves. Ian, Jada and Mahogany are superstars!! They’re super helpful and when things aren’t right they are right on it.

I love living at the village. I love my little miniature house and I love the community I live in. It’s very nice and clean and safe.

This place is fantastic! Been here for 3 months now, moved from a nearby apartment complex, and the upgrade has made us feel like it’s hard to believe we survived living “luxurious” where we did before. The amenities are top notch, the pool is like a resort, the oversized yard is extremely enjoyable for our 100+ pound dog, and he especially loves that he can plan play dates at the park with his neighboring pups on our community app! Very friendly community and staff, very VERY well taken care of! Maintenance is unbelievably good at what they do, and very responsive. We requested to have new air filters and the same day they showed up within 2 hours and had them changed out. Security is on point, making sure we’re living in the community we want and deserve.
