Residence at Tolleson

If zero stars were possible, I would do that. But a bad review definitely goes a much longer way than a good one. I used to live here, moved out recently. Left my apartment spotless, still didn't get my full deposit back. On the move in fees, there is a cleaning fee before you move in, so in essence they charge twice for that. Pools were very gross, not like the picture on the website, and when they did clean them, you couldn't swim because of the excess of chemicals. There were many more issues with this place. I would highly recommend going somewhere else. I've added my move out photos.

Mom and I went for a cardio walk today. The whole entire property Landscaping clean looks amazing! Christina our property manager is very professional always looks nice. Great office team you all shine! Maintenance does work order same day its awesome . Been living here over 2 years now Its been great no complaints

Residence at Tolleson Apartments is a great place to call home. You can't beat the convenience of the location, being situated just off the I-10 freeway for quick access to the city. What really sets this community apart is the management team—the staff is happy and attentive, making every interaction a pleasant one. They always greet you with a smile!

Hi Residence of Tolleson is the best to live at. The ladies in the office are very helpful especially Rose. She goes above and beyond for you the living conditions are wonderful. Ive lived here for 8 years and never has a problem with roaches or rats thank god. I read some reviews and like i said no roach problems, I do not see what other people are ranting and raving about. Its been home for me for 8 years. Not every apartment complex is perfect its what you make out of it because the laundry room had all brand new washers and dryers but when you have people that dont know how to take care of stuff of coarse its going to get messed up. This is where you live so take care of your place snd your surroundings.

Brittany was amazing when I showed up to move in. She helped me throughout the entire process and was great with explaining everything. Would recommend checking out this place.
