Sundancer Apartments

My wife and I have loved living in the complex for what will be a year later this month. The complex is clean and quiet (aside from when kids are being kids and playing outside). The on residence maintenance gentleman cleans daily while the gardeners visit weekly. The amenities are enjoyable in reference to the gym, pool and jacuzzi. Cruz in the front office is always responsive to any needs and are completed quickly. We have plenty of space for our belongings across the kitchen cabinets, laundry shelves and closets. Would recommend anyone to reside in the complex.

We absolutely love living here! The community is clean, well-maintained, and the amenities are awesome. Cruz in Management and maintenance are friendly, responsive, and truly care about residents. It feels welcoming and comfortable — highly recommend!

Please rent from anywhere else. The parking situation is horrendous if your household has more than 1 car; there just isn't enough spaces and you can end up in a situation where you have nowhere but the public street to park. If you have a bigger than average truck then good luck even getting it in a spot. Everyday after work is a race straight home in an attempt to snag a parking spot inside the gate where there isn't even that much security to begin with. There have been multiple broken into cars in my year of residence, when the concern was brought up to the office we were told "corporate will not install more cameras". Water takes multiple minutes to get warm, sometimes up to 10 minutes in winter and will not stay warm if it gets there at all. Maintenance is aware but I was told "just

Moved to Sundancer Apartments in April and Nicole has been AMAZING since day one! She is ALWAYS super helpful and friendly! I really like the complex it is very quiet, clean and the unit is very comfortable! Jesus who is the Maintenance guy is also GREAT, he is very respectful and is always ready to fix any issues. The only problem I've experienced here was parking space, others kept parking in my assigned parking space until I finally emailed Nicole and she took care of it right away! Since then everything has been great!

I've been here about 9 months now. Move in was smooth. The front office lady Cruz has been very easy to communicate with -- I had a small pest issue that was addressed when they said they would and have had no issues since. Jesus, the maintenance man is respectful, punctual and helpful. I had my A/C dripping water and he was here within 2 hours of me putting in the ticket. I got incredibly lucky with very quiet neighbors so unfortunately I cannot speak on everyone that lives here. Overall of all the places I have lived in Phoenix, Sundancer has definitely been the easiest to work with.
